DRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF PP STRAP MAKING MACHINE:
PP Strap Making Machine
The PP Strap Making Machine is a high-end extrusion equipment with a dedicated screw for the extruder. It has uniform plasticization, consistent flow channels for the embryos, more complete shrinkage and shaping, more stable products, and more accurate dimensions
Working principle of PP polypropylene extruder:
The feeding section ---- feeds the PP polypropylene pellets through the hopper into the extruder.
Extrusion ---- screw is heated and rotated to melt and extrude the material.
Extrusion ---- extrudes the melted polypropylene strip blanks through the die to form the desired shape.
Cooling & Shaping ---- The extruded product is shaped and cooled by cooling water tank device.
Stretching ---- stretching oven heats the PP strip blanks and stretches them, ratio 1-10 times.
Shaping---Shaping oven will heat and shape the PP belt again to make the finished product specification more standard.
Winding ---- will wind the finished PP belt into rolls and put it into storage.

Core Process---- By applying a speed differential between two or more sets of stretching rollers (rear rollers operating at a higher speed than the front rollers), the cooled preform undergoes axial stretching (typically at a ratio of 3-8 times). This aligns the PP molecular chains, significantly enhancing the longitudinal strength and toughness of the strapping.
Supplementary Conditions: Some production lines incorporate preheating rolls prior to stretching, heating the stock to temperatures above its glass transition point (approximately 80-120°C) to enhance the stretching effect
