The PP Strap Making Machine​ is a high-end extrusion equipment with a dedicated screw for the extruder. It has uniform plasticization, consistent flow channels for the embryos, more complete shrinkage and shaping, more stable products, and more accurate dimensions

 FEATURES:

1.Raw materials-----PP strapping equipment can produce plastic raw materials: recycled materials or PP polypropylene new materials to produce strapping tape;

2. Screw-----The equipment adopts high-precision high-quality screws, adopts well-known brands, and has unique parameter design. It has the advantages of large extrusion volume, good plasticization, high hardness and wear resistance; equipped with a quantitative extrusion system, the width and thickness of the produced belts are the same, the error range is small, and it meets the national strapping tape acceptance standards;

3. Automatic screen changer------Equipped with a non-stop automatic screen changer, the screen does not need to be stopped, and the efficiency is maximized. 4-net circulation large-area filtration does not require frequent screen changes.

PP Strapping Machine — Embossing Wheel Features:
1. Material: SKD-11
2. The embossing wheels undergo nitriding and heat treatment, achieving a surface hardness of 60 HRC. This ensures exceptional robustness and durability. The strapping produced by this machine features clear surface textures and sufficient roughness, facilitating powerful and reliable strap feeding when used in automatic strapping machines.
3. Both the upper and lower embossing wheels are equipped with synchronized gears to ensure simultaneous rotation. This guarantees that the embossed patterns on both sides of the strap align perfectly, thereby enhancing the strap's aesthetic appeal and transparency.
4. A fixed clearance is maintained between the upper and lower embossing wheels during assembly to prevent any contact or collision, thereby extending the service life of the wheels.
