1. Product Description
A heavyweight cotton-lyocell blend denim crafted from 78.9% premium cotton and 21.1% lyocell. With a uniform weight of 13 oz, this medium-heavy fabric delivers a substantial, structured hand feel while retaining a supple, comfortable touch, striking a perfect balance between classic denim character and upgraded wearability. It features a classic 3/1Z right-hand twill weave and a wide width of 61-62 inches. The addition of lyocell softens the stiffness of traditional heavy pure cotton denim, bringing smoother drape and better skin comfort, while the deep extra blue shade offers a rich, saturated color performance ideal for classic denim designs.

Ideal for heavyweight classic denim garments and workwear, including rigid straight-leg jeans, work trousers, heavy denim jackets, utility overshirts, casual skirts, and durable everyday casual apparel with a premium texture.
3. Advantages & Functions
Lyocell is an eco-friendly regenerated fiber made from natural wood pulp. Its closed-loop production process reduces water consumption and carbon footprint, making it a premium sustainable upgrade for traditional heavy cotton denim.
We blend 21.1% lyocell with 78.9% high-quality cotton in a scientifically balanced ratio. This formula fully preserves the structured silhouette and vintage texture of 13oz heavyweight denim, while effectively eliminating the stiff, rough hand feel of pure cotton heavy denim. The fabric gains a smoother, softer touch and natural drape, delivering a more comfortable wearing experience without losing the authentic denim character. The deep extra blue tone paired with classic twill weave creates a clean, premium fading effect after washing, perfect for building timeless denim collections.
Denim pieces made from this fabric combine the breathability of cotton with the softness of lyocell. They stay comfortable for all-day daily wear without stuffiness, and are easy to care for. The fabric maintains a neat shape after repeated washes, with less wrinkling and deformation compared to conventional 100% cotton heavy denim.
4. Usage Instructions & Notes
Washing: Machine wash at 40°C. Turn inside out to protect the dye. Wash separately or with like colors for the first few washes. Avoid high heat drying to maintain fabric softness and drape.
