A premium heavyweight stretch denim blended with 69.6% cotton, 29.7% lyocell and 0.7% spandex. With a weight range of 12.5 to 14.3 oz, this substantial fabric delivers a structured yet supple hand feel, combining the classic character of denim with upgraded wearing comfort. It features a classic 3/1Z right-hand twill weave and an extra wide width of 62-63 inches. The high content of lyocell endows the fabric with exceptional smoothness, softness and elegant drape, while the 0.7% spandex provides moderate stretch for unrestricted movement. The dark blue + blue two-tone design presents rich layered visual effects, suitable for high-end denim products.

Suitable for high-end denim garments and daily casual wear, including premium straight-leg jeans, slim-fit trousers, heavy denim jackets, casual skirts, tailored overshirts, and high-quality everyday apparel.
3. Advantages & Functions
Lyocell is an eco-friendly regenerated fiber derived from natural wood pulp. It is fully biodegradable with a water-saving, low-consumption production process, serving as a premium sustainable alternative to traditional denim raw materials.
We precisely blend 29.7% lyocell with 69.6% high-quality cotton, paired with 0.7% spandex for gentle stretch. Through scientific fiber ratio optimization, this formula eliminates the stiff, restrictive feel of traditional heavy pure cotton denim, while fully retaining the structured silhouette and vintage texture of classic denim. The dark blue + blue two-tone twill weave further adds natural texture layers to the fabric, creating a delicate, premium fading effect after washing and wear.
Denim garments made from this fabric combine the breathability of cotton with the silky drape of lyocell. They stay comfortable through long hours of sitting, walking and daily movement without tightness, and are easy to care for. The fabric maintains a neat silhouette after repeated washing, resisting bagging, sagging and deformation.

4. Usage Instructions & Notes
Washing: Machine wash at 40°C. Turn inside out to protect the dark dye. Wash separately or with like colors for the first few washes. Avoid high heat drying to maintain spandex elasticity.
