We specialize in producing equipment for the manufacture of sulphuric acid from various sulphur-rich raw materials, industrial ammonium phosphate, and hydrogen calcium with an annual capacity ranging from 50,000 to 1,000,000 tons, which includes efficient washers (power wave); innovative lead indirect condensers (enhanced type); anode-protected acid coolers; high-efficiency scaling tubes, Venturi tube gas scrubber, acid distributors for sulfuric acid absorption or drying towers, dust collectors, and fiberglass electrostatic demisters.
We offer integrated technical solutions for making sulfuric acid from pyrite concentrate; integrated technical solutions for roasting iron sulfate from titanium dioxide waste; pioneering low-temperature waste heat recovery solutions from sulfuric acid drying & absorption processes, capturing 0.5 tons of steam heat for every ton of sulfuric acid produced; and enabling low-temperature waste heat recovery post electrostatic dust.
