Automatic Anodizing Production Line Overview:
Targeting large aluminum workpieces (max size: 3600×1300×30mm), our PLC-Controlled Automatic Anodizing Production Line integrates advanced technology to meet high-volume manufacturing needs. The core 3 anodizing tanks are made of 15mm Taiwan Lida PP material, ensuring corrosion resistance and no leakage, with A3 steel reinforcement (coated with 6mm PP plates) for structural stability. Each anodizing tank is paired with a 25V-3000A stabilized rectifier, ensuring uniform current distribution across the workpiece surface—critical for forming a consistent oxide film. The cooling system adopts 20HP "Taiwan" or "Midea" compressors, rapidly regulating tank temperature to prevent overheating during long-term operation. The line’s gantry cranes (Italian "Simik" brake motors) offer ±3mm positioning accuracy, avoiding workpiece collision and ensuring precise tank entry/exit. The HMI touchscreen allows easy adjustment of process parameters (e.g., anodizing time, coloring duration) and displays real-time equipment status. For environmental protection, it is equipped with separate exhaust hoods for acid/alkali tanks and a 5μ filtration system to recycle cleaning water, reducing waste. Suitable for industries like automotive, construction, and electronics, it delivers reliable performance and meets global quality certifications.
