Automatic Anodizing Production Line Overview:
Quality assurance is paramount in aluminum anodizing, and our High-Precision Automatic Anodizing Production Line delivers this through 11 dedicated water washing tanks. Each washing tank is constructed from 15mm Taiwan Lida PP material, with rectangular diagonal overflow devices to ensure thorough removal of residual chemicals (e.g., degreaser, etchant) from workpieces—preventing cross-contamination between processes. The line’s gantry cranes (SS body, Italian motors) provide ±3mm positioning accuracy, ensuring workpieces are fully immersed in each tank for consistent treatment. The anodizing process uses 3 tanks with 25V-3000A rectifiers, which maintain stable current to form a uniform oxide film (thickness tolerance ±2μm). Post-anodizing, 4 coloring tanks (temperature-controlled via steam heating) allow customization of workpiece color, with the final washing tanks ensuring color fastness. The intelligent control system (Omron PLC, Mitsubishi inverters) enables precise adjustment of process parameters, and the HMI displays real-time data (e.g., tank temperature, washing time) for easy quality tracking. Additionally, a 5μ precision filtration system (Taiwan "Guobao" pumps) keeps washing water clean, reducing rework rates. Suitable for high-end aluminum components (e.g., electronics enclosures, architectural profiles), this line ensures consistent quality and meets strict industry standards.
