Q: Can all repairs be done on-site?
A: Minor repairs and adjustments (keyboard cleaning, contact repair, tribrach alignment, dust seal replacement, minor mechanical adjustments) can be performed on-site. Major repairs requiring component-level work (mainboard, EDM module, internal optics) must be performed at our workshop. We will advise during the visit if workshop service is needed.
Q: How far will you travel for on-site service?
A: We primarily serve mainland China with scheduled visits. For international projects, please contact us with your location and requirements for a custom quote. Travel expenses are additional.
Q: What do I need to prepare for an on-site visit?
A: A stable, shaded work area (indoor or under cover), a flat surface for calibration setup, and your instruments ready with charged batteries. We bring all necessary calibration equipment and tools.
