The Rapid Installation Full PU Track uses a specially formulated fast‑cure two‑component PU binder that significantly reduces curing time. The pure PU elastic layer cures in 10 hours (normally 24–36 hours), and the top coat cures in 12 hours (normally 48 hours). A full 13mm track can be installed by a 6‑person crew in 7–8 days, compared to 15–18 days for standard full PU systems. The track is ready for line marking and competition use within 72 hours of finishing the top coat.
