The Breathable Porous Running Track is a sports surfacing system characterized by its open‑cell structure. The base layer is a mixture of single‑component polyurethane binder and rubber granules, while the top layer consists of EPDM or fine rubber granules sprayed with binder. Its unique porosity allows rainwater to drain quickly and water vapor to escape naturally, preventing blistering or delamination.
Ideal for school sports fields, community jogging trails, park pathways, training tracks at sports centers – non‑competition venues (can also meet local competition standards).

Q1: Is the porous track suitable for rainy or hot regions?
→ Yes. Pores drain water quickly and prevent heat buildup, reducing blistering risk.
Q2: Does recycled granule affect running feel?
→ No. Recycled granules have slightly lower elasticity but are fine for fitness and school use. We recommend recycled for base + virgin for top layer.
Q3: Can I buy only materials without installation service?
→ Yes. We focus on material supply; we provide full drawings and guidance for self‑installation, or can recommend local contractors.
Q4: What is the MOQ?
→ No minimum. Any quantity from a few drums/bags to thousands of tons.
Q5: Do you provide samples for testing?
→ Free A4 color panel. For large orders, 1‑2 drums of binder + granule samples can be sent for trial paving.
Q6: What binder packages are available?
→ Standard 200kg steel drum; also 20kg plastic drum for easy handling and small jobs.
