The Prefabricated Running Track is a factory-manufactured rubber surface supplied in rolls. It consists of a vulcanized rubber elastic base layer and a wear-resistant textured top layer. Unlike in-situ poured systems, prefabricated tracks require no on-site mixing of binders and granules – simply unroll, bond to the prepared base layer, and seam the joints. This ensures consistent thickness, mechanical properties, and surface finish across the entire track. Ideal for projects with tight schedules or where on-site quality control is critical.

Q2: How are joints sealed between rolls?
→ Joints are bonded using a two-component PU adhesive, then the seam is hot-pressed or filled with a matching compound. Properly installed joints are nearly invisible and as strong as the surrounding surface.
Q3: Can prefabricated tracks be used for professional competitions?
→ Yes. Many World Athletics-certified tracks use prefabricated systems, especially for training and multi-sport venues. Our 13mm competition type meets WA training track requirements.
Q4: How long does installation take?
→ For a standard 400m track, a skilled crew can lay the rolls in 5-7 days after base preparation, much faster than in-situ systems (15-20 days).
Q5: Is the surface repairable?
→ Yes. Damaged sections can be cut out and replaced with new roll pieces. We provide repair kits and detailed instructions.
Q6: What is the MOQ?
→ No minimum. Even one roll (approx. 15-20 m²) can be supplied for small repairs or sample projects.
Q7: What colors are available?
