Product Overview
Our 5 Ton Welding Positioner is heavy-duty welding auxiliary equipment designed for girth welding of cylindrical workpieces including flanges, steel pipes, storage tanks, and cylinder shells. Featuring a thickened steel frame and large slewing bearing structure, it supports 360° continuous table rotation and 0~120° mechanical tilting. Equipped with VFD frequency conversion speed regulation system, it ensures smooth low-speed operation and stable placement of welding seams at the optimal flat welding position.
The T-slot rotary table allows flexible installation of fixtures and can perfectly match plasma welders, TIG/MIG welding sources. This reduces repeated workpiece clamping, standardizes weld appearance, and improves production efficiency. Widely used in pressure vessel manufacturing, automotive exhaust parts production, and machinery component manufacturing.
