Product Overview
This 1-ton welding positioner is heavy-duty rotary welding auxiliary equipment, designed for medium circular workpieces. It tilts and rotates workpieces continuously to achieve ideal welding posture for circumferential seams. Widely adopted in pressure vessel workshops, pipe fitting factories, metal fabrication and engineering machinery manufacturing. It effectively reduces welding labor intensity and guarantees uniform welding quality.

Q1: What is the maximum workpiece weight this 1 ton positioner can bear?
A1: Horizontal rated load is 1000kg; vertical load is 500kg. Please note that the load capacity depends on the workpiece gravity center. If the center is far from the table surface, the allowable weight will decrease.
Q2: Can I equip a welding chuck on the rotary table?
A2: Yes. The slotted rotary table supports installation of K1000 self-centering welding chuck. We can supply the chuck as optional accessory.
Q3: Is rotating speed adjustable?
A3: The rotation speed ranges from 0-10 rpm with stepless speed regulation, stable operation for circumferential welding.
Q4: Can the tilt angle be locked?
A4: Adopt worm & worm gear structure with self-locking function. After adjusting the tilt angle from 0° to 90°, the machine stays fixed safely.
Q5: What power supply is available?
A5: Standard power supply is 380V 3-phase. 220V single-phase power can be customized upon request.
Q6: Can it match a welding torch holder for automatic welding?
A6: Yes. Welding torch stand, foot switch and wireless remote controller are optional configurations.
