Product Overview
3 ton heavy load welding positioner with 360° rotation and 0-135° electric tilting, frequency speed control, IP54 electrical protection, CE certified. Designed for thick tanks, pressure vessels and heavy structural steel welding.
This 3000kg heavy-duty welding positioner is specially upgraded to handle ultra-heavy workpieces, such as oversized pressure vessels, thick-wall storage tanks, large boiler barrels and extra heavy steel beams.
Welding uniformity is significantly enhanced, and the overall production efficiency of the fabrication workshop gets greatly improved.
The whole machine uses an integrally welded thick steel frame paired with a high-torque hardened gear reducer.
It runs smoothly stably under full rated load and large eccentric load, free from vibration and workpiece slipping issues.
