PRODUCTION
The JQHS series air winches offer five models with progressive performance specifications for industrial lifting and traction applications. All models operate at a standardized air intake pressure of 0.8MPa, ensuring compatibility with compressed air systems. The entry-level **JQHS-5*12** delivers a maximum lifting force of 5kN and outer-layer force of 3kN, powered by a 2.6kW motor with a 12m/min lifting speed. Mid-range models like the **JQHS-50*20X** and **JQHS-100*10X** scale up to 70kN/50kN and 100kN/70kN lifting capacities, respectively, both utilizing 16kW and 30kW motors with speeds up to 20m/min. The flagship **JQHS-150*6X** achieves a 150kN maximum force and 100kN outer-layer capacity, operating at 6m/min for precision heavy-load handling.
Air consumption varies from 3m³/min (JQHS-5*12) to 25.6m³/min (JQHS-150*6X), while wire rope capacities range from 30m to 200m, accommodating diameters of 8mm to 24mm. Net weights escalate from 550kg for lightweight applications to 2,200kg for heavy-duty configurations. Designed for durability, these winches feature reinforced gear systems and corrosion-resistant components, ideal for mining, construction, and offshore environments requiring explosion-proof solutions. Their modular design allows easy maintenance, and stepless speed control ensures operational flexibility across diverse load conditions.
