PRODUCTION
JQHS series pneumatic winches (also known as XJFH series pneumatic winches due to the implementation of double-standard model writing method) are powered by piston air motors, and drive the reel through the reduction mechanism to realize the pneumatic support structure on the reel for heavy traction or lifting. Winch, the tension range of this series of pneumatic winches covers 10-150kN. It has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, safe and reliable work, simple maintenance, stable operation, stepless speed change, etc. It is especially suitable for places with explosive and flammable gases such as oil fields, geological drilling, mining, and offshore platform operations.
The built-in planetary transmission disc brake pneumatic winch is a new type of pneumatic winch developed for the special operation requirements of the marine environment. Its sealed transmission and braking structure and special coating process meet the reliability and corrosion resistance in harsh environments. Requirements: The winch's automatic rope discharge and discharge device is a rope discharge device designed to prevent the wire rope from being messy when the winch is unloaded. After continuous testing, verification and improvement, it has achieved a good rope discharge effect and has been widely used. It is favored by users on the pneumatic winch for drilling in the range of 30-50kN, and is gradually being grafted and applied to winches of other specifications.
JQHS series pneumatic winches can be divided into common high seat, ordinary low seat, flange seat, trapezoidal buckle seat, straight thread buckle seat, lug plate seat, bent plate seat and other base types according to the structure of the base. And the combination can be divided into single brake (hand brake), double brake (hand brake + foot brake, hand brake + cylinder off brake, hand brake + disc brake off brake), three brakes (hand brake + foot brake + cylinder off brake). Users can choose according to actual operation needs.
In addition, JQHS series pneumatic winches are also equipped with optional configurations such as buckle wire ropes, hooks, shackles, pendant chains, and gas treatment triples. Users can choose according to their own needs and selected winches.
