Brief Introduction:
The iqualitrol MP-2B metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine adopts frequency converter to adjust the speed, which can make the speed of the grinding and polishing disc stepless adjustable in the range 50-1000rpm.
The grinding and polishing of the sample can be completed by replacing the metallographic sandpaper and polishing fabric. The polishing process shows a wider range of applicability.
The double-disc design can be operated by two persons at the same time. The shell adopts integral plastic suction technology. MP-2B has features of stable rotation, low noise, convenient operation and high work efficiency.
MP-2B also has a cooling device that can be tested during grinding and polishing. The sample is cooled to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample.
