More than 85% of our tin boxes are OEM Service. The tin boxes are produced follow our customers requirement. With each OEM orders, Dadi enhances our expertise in production technology and quality control. If you want to make your own tin boxes, please send us your artwork and specific requirements, we will make perfect tin boxes for you.
METAL MATERIAL
All tin boxes are made with food grade tinplates and printing are using lead-free ink and FDA approved lacquer. Tin boxes are therefore rust resistant, recyclable and suitable for all food contents.
INK & PRINTING
We use CMYK color (or/ and) Pantone color to achieve the color effects of any tin boxes graphic design. We use lead-free ink in our printing process which complies with US FDA requirements, so all tin boxes are suitable for food.
TIN MEASUREMENT
Depending on the construction of the tin boxes, measurements are taken from outside. The measurement of the tin boxes is based on the surface measurement of the tin boxes with lids, including the curled edge and the overall height (with lid attached).
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
MOQ is related to the size of the tin boxes. If the size is bigger, the MOQ will be smaller, and it is also depending on printed or unprinted.
ARTWORK
Before designing any graphics on a particular tin boxes we will provide a dimensional layout for positioning of graphics called a "die-line." In general, artwork is provided by AI. form.
PROOFING YOUR ARTWORK
Upon receipt of your work, we will check if the design can be produced. The final document will be confirmed by you. There will be two production methods: Tinplate proof: tin plate samples may take up to 7 days. The fee will apply. Sample proof: Tin box samples may take 7-10 days to prove. The fee will apply.
