Production Process
Raw material is fed into the machine to begin production.
The towel is shaped through automatic vertical folding.
The material is precisely cut to the desired length.
Horizontal half folding is applied to achieve the final folded format.
Folded towels are automatically queued and conveyed for further processing.
Each towel is individually packaged through pillow packing for a clean and compact presentation.
Individual packs are grouped together using bundle packing for efficient storage and distribution.
