The TH230D10ZZ-3G is an industrial-grade intelligent high-frequency switching power supply module engineered by Shijiazhuang Tonghe Electronics for global power systems. Adopting resonant voltage-type dual-loop control technology, it delivers a rated output of 230VDC/10A (3KW) with outstanding and stable operation.
Modular design supports N+1 hot backup and seamless capacity expansion, enabling parallel operation with current sharing imbalance ≤±3%. Equipped with standard RS485 communication interface compatible with Modbus and TonHe dual protocols, enabling "four-remote capabilities" (telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, remote adjustment) for seamless automation integration.
Comprehensive multi-layer protection includes overvoltage protection (320±5VDC), short-circuit protection, overtemperature protection (automatic shutdown at 85℃ and restart at 80℃), and overcurrent protection. LED digital display with key operation supports three working modes (independent, manual, automatic), and hot-swappable design ensures efficient maintenance.
Natural cooling design with compact structure weighing only 9kg. Requires only good surrounding ventilation for stable operation. Excellent environmental adaptability operates reliably in indoor environments with temperature range of -10℃~+40℃, relative humidity ≤90% at 25℃, and altitude ≤2000m.
