We run two complete manufacturing facilities located in Shenzhen and Shantou. Our combined production workflow covers raw‑material incoming inspection, cutting, sewing, hardware fitting, intermediate testing, finished‑goods quality audit and final packing.
Our workshops are equipped with automated fabric‑cutting machines, high‑speed industrial sewing machines, hot‑press equipment and auxiliary processing devices. The Shantou base of 10,000 ㎡ undertakes mass‑volume serial production orders, while the 2,000 ㎡ Shenzhen plant focuses on new‑product prototyping, small‑batch trial runs and quick‑turn custom projects.
Each production line follows standardized operation procedures. From fabric, webbing, plastic components to metal hardware, all incoming materials go through strict incoming‑quality checks before entering production.
