      Product Description        

Butyl rubber waterproofing membrane is a single or double-sided self-adhesive sheet primarily formulated with butyl rubber as the core, coated on reinforced aluminum foil and corrugated aluminum foil. This product delivers strong adhesion to the surfaces of various materials, making it particularly suitable for color steel tiles and roof crack repairs. It features excellent weather resistance, anti-aging performance, and waterproof capabilities, effectively sealing bonded surfaces. Functions such as shock absorption and protection remain in an uncured state throughout its service life, thus providing excellent follow-up adaptability to the thermal expansion, contraction, and mechanical deformation of the bonded surface. Completely solvent-free, this product neither shrinks nor emits toxic gases, serving as an eco-friendly solvent-free waterproof sealing and adhesive material.

      Construction applications      

• Substrate Preparation: Clear protruding sharp edges and debris from the substrate surface;

• Large-area Installation: Align the membrane with the reference line, and roll forward and outward with a rubber roller to expel air;
