The TRHDD-1000 HDD Trenchless System is an ultra-high capacity mud recycling solution engineered for large-scale horizontal directional drilling (HDD) projects. With a processing capacity of 1000GPM (240m³/h), it provides exceptional efficiency in solids separation, mud recycling, and slurry management.

Featuring dual TRZS703/TRZS585 shale shakers, a high-capacity mud cleaner with 2×10’’ desanders and 12×4’’ desilters, and heavy-duty centrifugal pumps, this system guarantees superior solids control and continuous drilling fluid circulation. With a 30m³ total tank capacity, advanced mud mixing system, and reliable agitators, the TRHDD-1000 ensures high drilling performance, reduced downtime, and cost-effective operations in even the most challenging trenchless environments.
