Description
This drilling cuttings dryer is independently developed and manufactured by Tianrui factory, with a processing capacity of 30-50 tons per hour. It is specially designed for the solid control system of oilfield drilling mud. Adopting a high-speed centrifugal dewatering principle, the machine effectively separates mud from solid drilling cuttings and greatly reduces the liquid content of cuttings. Featuring a sturdy and wear-resistant structure, the dryer adapts to harsh outdoor working conditions with stable operation, low vibration and low noise, supporting long-term continuous operation. It effectively reduces drilling waste discharge and saves mud costs, serving as essential equipment for oilfield environmental protection and drilling waste treatment. Supplied directly by Tianrui manufacturer with reliable quality, customized parameters and professional after-sales installation and commissioning services are available.
Features and Benefits
1. The rotational speed is up to 900rpm, generating a separation factor of 420G to effectively separate liquids from drilling cuttings.
2. The discharge scraper is made of high‑chromium cast iron, featuring a long service life.
3. Equipped with high‑pressure air knives, it effectively prevents screen basket blockage.
4. Each replaceable screen component has passed dynamic balance testing, ensuring the overall balance of the machine after component replacement.
5. It adopts an independent oil‑circuit cooling system with a scientifically designed fuel tank cooling structure, which effectively meets the operational requirements in high‑temperature environments.
