We have established an integrated management system encompassing the entire process: sales, design, planning, manufacturing (molds + injection molding), and quality assurance. Each project is assigned a dedicated engineer to ensure efficient control throughout the entire lifecycle—from requirements alignment and solution design to production delivery and quality assurance. Delivering precise and reliable bespoke mold solutions to our clients. The entire line is equipped with robotic arms, offering a high degree of automation to effectively control labour costs. For complex production challenges, we have invested in specialized technologies like steam polishing, gas-assisted, and vertical injection molding, ready to meet your diverse high-end needs. Efficiency Doubled: Seconds-per-setup, with operating rates rising from 50%-60% to 80%-90%, enabling flexible production for multiple varieties in small batches. Precision stability: Repeat positioning accuracy ±0.002–0.005 mm, minimising calibration errors and ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy. User-friendly operation: Automated drive + standardised design ensures ease of use, low dependency, and straightforward maintenance. Uniform clamping protects moulds from damage, extends service life, enhances efficiency, reduces investment, and indirectly lowers production costs. The newly purchased machine is a Vertical Machining Center (VMC) dedicated to graphite electrode machining. It features a fully-enclosed protection system that effectively contains fine graphite dust, safeguarding the machine's core components. Furthermore, its high-rigidity structure and precision spindle ensure exceptional machining accuracy and surface finish, enabling the production of high-quality electrodes with sharp contours and minimal edge chipping.
History:	In 1993, U-TECO was set up as a mold factory in Panyu, a historic town in the South of China. In 2006 Mar, The new factory of 15000 square meter was set up and launched to use, a abundance of new machines and advanced equipment were brought in. In 2006 May, the injection shop of 8000 square meter was set up near the tooling shop, U-TECO realized the internal mold trial and plastic production from 55 ton to 1380 ton injection machine gradually. In 2006 June, bought in Japanese Modern CNC machines. In 2006 Aug, the company attained the ISO9001:2000 / ISO14001:2004 validation. In 2008 Sep, we brought in the advanced PM system for the mold production. In 2009 Dec, the company attained the ISO9001:2008/ISO14001:2004/TS16949:2009 validation. In 2011, The name of ‘GUANGZHOU PANYU U-TECO DEVELOPMENT CO.. LTD’ was changed to ‘GUANGZHOU U-TECO DEVELOPMENT CO.. LTD’. The annual sales of molds and plastic injections achieved to 100 million RMB. In 2016 Mar., we brought in the advanced eMan system for the mold fabrication.The new factory of production and advanced equipment was launched in 2020 with investment of 50 million RMB. The new plant was completed and used in 2021.
