Dual-Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaning Unit: Supports automatic switching between 28KHz low-frequency high-intensity cleaning and 40KHz high-frequency precision cleaning:
28KHz: High-energy cavitation effects strip stubborn oil stains, polishing residues, and contaminants from deep holes, blind holes, and complex structures of the valve body, suitable for the rough cleaning stage.
40KHz: High-frequency micro-vibrations eliminate submicron particles and residual metal ions. Combined with a rocking mechanism, it achieves 360° dead-angle-free cleaning to meet the ultimate cleanliness requirements for precision components.
