Ultrasonic cavitation pre-cleaning: The 28kHz low-frequency ultrasonic (power density 0.8W/cm²) is combined with a 304 stainless steel vibrating plate. For complex structures such as blind holes (depth ≥15mm) and threaded gaps, it generates 50-100μm cavitation bubbles. Within 3 minutes, it can break 5μm-level oil stain particles (such as cutting fluid and drawing oil), with a removal rate of 99.2%. The 40kHz high-frequency mode (power density 0.5W/cm²) is suitable for precision electronic components, enabling non-destructive stripping of 0.1μm-level dust (such as welding slag residues and aluminum oxide particles), with a surface roughness Ra≤0.2μm.
Steam bath deep purification: 120℃ saturated steam (pressure 0.2MPa) is evenly sprayed through spiral nozzles. For blind areas such as workpiece grooves and sealing ring grooves, it uses the thermal motion of steam molecules to penetrate micro-pores, killing Staphylococcus aureus within 30 seconds (killing rate ≥99.99%). At the same time, it dissolves water-soluble pollutants (such as flux residues and salt from sweat stains), increasing the pass rate of pretreatment for salt spray tests by 40%.
Gradient cooling and drying technology: Adopting a three-stage process of "preliminary drying with 80℃ hot air → shaping with 50℃ cold air → constant temperature cooling at 25℃", the infrared humidity sensor monitors the surface moisture content of workpieces in real-time (target ≤0.05%). This avoids deformation of plastic parts caused by traditional high-temperature drying (the measured deformation rate is reduced from 8% to 0.5%), and is suitable for workpieces made of polymer materials such as PC and ABS.
Intelligent interlocking control system with parameters accurate to ±1%
PLC synchronous control of three processes: 10 groups of preset process programs (such as "electronic chip cleaning", "medical surgical instruments", "automobile bearing maintenance") automatically match ultrasonic power (20%-100%), steam temperature (100-150℃), and drying wind speed (5-15m/s), reducing the operation error rate of new operators by 70%. The pressure sensor monitors the steam pipeline in real-time (accuracy ±0.01MPa), and the temperature sensor feeds back to the PID algorithm (control accuracy ±1℃), ensuring that the parameter fluctuation of each process is <1%.
Full-process pollution isolation: The ultrasonic cleaning tank and the steam bath cabin are separated by airtight partitions (leakage rate <0.1L/min) to prevent cleaning liquid foam from entering the steam system. The cooling and drying section is equipped with primary and medium-efficiency filters (filtration accuracy 5μm) to avoid secondary pollution, achieving a cleanliness level of ISO 14644-1 Class 8.
