Ultrasonic Cleaning Cabin (left cabin): With a standard volume of 60L (customization from 10L to 200L is supported), it is equipped with a reversible cleaning basket (flipping angle: 0 - 90°). The single-batch processing capacity is 50% higher than that of traditional single machines. The bottom flow guide plate design ensures that the uniformity of ultrasonic energy reaches 95% (the measured sound field deviation < 3%), enabling blind - spot-free cleaning of complex structural parts.
Steam Bath Cabin (middle cabin): Adopting a 316L stainless steel jacket structure (wall thickness 5mm), the steam heating efficiency is increased by 30%. It only takes 5 minutes to heat up from room temperature to 120°C. The spray arm rotates 360° (speed 150rpm) and, combined with 0.5mm fine - hole nozzles, achieves 90° vertical steam scouring on the surface of workpieces, with a cleanliness rate of blind corners reaching 98.7%.
Cooling and Drying Cabin (right cabin): It is equipped with a dual-channel heat exchanger, increasing the hot air circulation rate to 20 times per minute. The drying time is shortened to 5 minutes per batch (traditional equipment requires 15 minutes). The air pressure balance valve automatically adjusts the internal pressure of the cabin (±50Pa), preventing external dust from flowing back when the door is opened, and is suitable for environments in Class 10,000 clean workshops.
Energy-saving and consumption-reducing design reduces operating costs by 40%.
Steam waste heat recovery: The exhaust gas from the bath cabin (temperature 100 - 120°C) preheats the cleaning solution through a plate heat exchanger (the heating - up efficiency is increased by 60%). Each shift (8 hours) saves 300kg of steam consumption (equivalent to a reduction of 200kg in CO₂ emissions).
Intelligent sleep mode: The device automatically enters a low-power state (power consumption < 50W) after 10 minutes of idleness. The ultrasonic vibrating plate and steam generator start and stop in sections, saving 35% of energy during non-full-load operation. The hourly energy consumption of the 60L model is ≤0.8kWh (40% less than similar equipment).
