1. 80kHz High-Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaning: Nanometer-Level Purity, Zero Damage
High-Frequency Cavitation Effect: At 80kHz, the system generates extremely fine bubbles (10–30μm in diameter) that penetrate 0.05mm microholes and edge gaps on optical glass surfaces, stripping away 0.1μm-level contaminants (e.g., coating solution residues, cutting fluid oils).
