Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Changzhou, China, Jupiter Technology is a professional ultra thin wire manufacturer.
We understand that the smallest difference in material often determines the success or failure of a final product. And we are the ones who pursue perfection on the micron scale.
Our Story
Ten years ago, no one could stably supply 0.025mm pure nickel wire.
Mr. Cao, the founder of Jupiter Technology, was then a technician at another factory. Orders came in, but no one would take them—not because they couldn't, but because once they did, production would break down. Industrial-grade nickel wasn't pure enough; drawing it down to 0.025mm was a nightmare. Monthly output was only tens of kilograms, and broken wires in the workshop filled an entire barrel.
He approached the factory manager: try a different material supplier—there was a domestic mill that could achieve 99.95% purity. The manager looked at the price, saw the raw material cost double, and shook his head—no way.
He then drew up equipment modification plans, adjusting tension independently at each die to reduce fluctuation in the fine wire's stress. The manager said the old machines couldn't handle the overhaul.
Both paths were blocked.But Mr. Cao knew the customer demand was real. With no one able to supply, whoever solved it would own the market.
Looking at the barrel full of broken wires, he realized it wasn't a process problem—it was a commitment problem. Since the factory wouldn't take the risk, he would take it himself. He resigned, rented a workshop, and staked all his savings on this wire thinner than a strand of hair.
In the early days, he traveled to material mills, explaining in detail his requirements for impurity control and grain size, eventually persuading one mill to dedicate a production line to his specifications. The same went for equipment—he visited machinery manufacturers, offering his process ideas and modification directions. He worked alongside his workers, learning by doing, and over the years trained a team of master craftsmen with real skills.
Today, our monthly production capacity for 0.025mm pure nickel wire has steadily reached over 500 kilograms.
