Installation and Usage Notes:
Before installation, check whether the semi-welded trailing arm is intact, ensure there is no damage, crack or rust on the welding joint and body, and confirm that the specification matches the C-section steel to be installed.
During installation, use professional tools to connect the trailing arm with C-section steel, ensure the connection is firm, and the welding joint is free from looseness. Do not overload or forcibly assemble to avoid structural damage.
The installation position should be aligned with the stress point of the support system, and the angle should be adjusted according to the on-site working conditions to ensure uniform load bearing and avoid local stress concentration.
After installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection, test the bearing capacity and stability, and put it into use only after confirming that it meets the safety requirements.
During use, regularly check the welding joint and connection part, and timely maintain or replace if rust, looseness or deformation is found.
It is strictly prohibited to use the product beyond the specified bearing capacity and applicable temperature range to avoid safety accidents.
During transportation and storage, avoid collision and extrusion, and place it in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent corrosion.
