The Midea AirBoost Air Cooled Screw Chiller series delivers industrial-grade cooling performance for mission-critical applications. Designed for 60Hz T3 conditions, these chillers offer cooling capacities ranging from approximately 113 to 280RT, making them ideal for demanding environments including data centers, healthcare facilities, and pharmaceutical operations.
The advanced variable speed drive (VSD) screw compressor provides 0.1Hz precision tuning, achieving zero starting current compared to traditional star-delta starting methods that require 200-300% of rated current. This soft-start capability significantly reduces electrical infrastructure requirements and mechanical stress.
With multiple operating modes including pure compressor cooling, hybrid free cooling, and pure free cooling, the system optimizes energy consumption based on ambient conditions. The optional fast restart feature enables 60-second recovery after power interruption, ensuring continuous operation for critical applications.
