Technical characteristics:
1.Industrial-level widescreen touch structure with rich display information: set temperature, sample temperature, oxygen flow rate, nitrogen flow, differential thermal signals, various switch states, and zero flow rate indication.
2.USB communication interface with strong compatibility, reliable non-interruptive communication, and support for connection recovery.
3.Compact furnace structure with infinitely adjustable cooling rate.
4.Improved installation process using all-mechanical fixing to completely prevent internal furnace colloid from polluting differential thermal signals.
5.Furnace heating via heating wire and cooling via electronic semiconductor refrigeration, featuring compact structure and small volume. No external cold source or tedious refrigeration auxiliary system is required; fast heating and cooling with the lowest refrigeration temperature reaching -20 °C.
6.Dual temperature probes ensure repeatability of sample temperature measurement at specified heights. One temperature sensor on the furnace wall uses PID to control furnace temperature, but thermal inertia causes temperature deviation in the sample, which varies by season. Thus, single-probe temperature control and measurement lead to large errors in both differential thermal and temperature signals. This instrument installs a temperature sensor at the sample bottom to measure the real sample temperature, using special temperature control technology to adjust furnace wall temperature to the set value.
7.Digital gas mass flowmeter for automatic switching of two-way atmosphere flow, with fast switching speed and short stabilization time.
8.Calibrated with standard samples for convenient customer correction of the constant temperature coefficient.
9.Software adapts to all resolution computer screens, automatically adjusting curve display based on screen size. Compatible with laptops and desktops, supporting Win2000, XP, VISTA, and Windows 7 operating systems.
