Application:
DSC is designed for determining internal heat transitions related to temperature and heat flow, widely applied in polymer development, performance testing, and quality control. DSC research and development covers the following fields: glass transition temperature, melting point, cold crystallization, crystallization, phase transition, and oxidation induction time (OIT).
The instrument features:
1.LCD liquid crystal display with blue backlight, showing comprehensive information: set temperature, sample temperature, oxygen flow, nitrogen flow, differential thermal signal, and various switch statuses.
2.USB communication interface for data transfer.
3.Compact furnace body design with infinitely adjustable temperature rise rate.
4.Dual temperature probes ensure repeatable sample temperature measurement at specified heights.
5.Digital gas mass flow meter enables automatic switching of two-way atmosphere flow, featuring fast response and short stabilization time.
6.Calibrated with standard samples for easy customer adjustment of the constant temperature coefficient.
7.Furnace cooling interface for rapid temperature reduction as needed.
8.Software compatible with laptops and desktops, supporting Win2000, XP, VISTA, WIN7 and other operating systems.
9.Supports user-defined programming to automate measurement procedures.
