DSC-500B Differential Scanning Calorimeter
Technical feature:
1.Industrial-level widescreen touch structure with rich display information, including set temperature, sample temperature, oxygen flow rate, nitrogen flow, differential thermal signals, various switch states, and flow zero indication.
2.USB communication interface with strong universality, reliable non-interruptive communication, and support for connection recovery function.
3.Compact furnace structure with infinitely adjustable cooling rate.
Improved installation process using all-mechanical fixing to completely avoid internal furnace colloid pollution to differential thermal signals.
4.Dual temperature probes ensure repeatability of sample temperature measurement at specified heights.
5.One temperature sensor is installed on the furnace wall for PID control of the furnace body temperature. However, due to thermal inertia, there is a deviation in the temperature conducted to the sample, which varies by season. Therefore, single-probe temperature control and measurement lead to large errors in both differential thermal and temperature signals. The instrument installs a temperature probe at the sample bottom to measure the real sample temperature, using special temperature control technology to adjust the furnace wall temperature to the set value.
6.Digital gas mass flowmeter enables automatic switching of two-way atmosphere flow with fast switching and short stabilization time.
7.Calibrated with standard samples for convenient customer correction of the constant temperature coefficient.
8.Software adapts to all resolution computer screens, automatically adjusting the curve display mode according to screen size. Compatible with laptops and desktops, supporting Win2000, XP, VISTA, Windows 7, etc.
9.Supports user-programmed procedures to achieve fully automated measurement steps. The software provides dozens of commands for users to combine flexibly according to their own measurement steps and save, simplifying complex operations into one-key functions.
