The Plastic Vicat Softening Point Tester, an ASTM-compliant Vicat HDT Testing Machine, is an automatic apparatus for measuring the thermal deformation temperature and Vicat softening temperature of plastics, rubber, nylon, cables, and other macromolecular materials. Equipped with high-quality, reliable sensors and safety components, the sample frame features automatic lifting/lowering functionality. Paired with a powerful test software system, it serves as a specialized solution for thermal deformation and Vicat softening point temperature testing.

Instrument characteristics:

  1. The testing machine features simple operation, convenient use, stable performance, and high precision.
  2. Equipped with a sample rack lifting function, it can raise or lower the sample holder at the start or end of the test.
  3. The machine monitors test temperature and deformation in real time during the testing process.
  4. The system automatically halts heating upon test completion and can display the test curve.
  5. The test software is available in both Chinese and English versions for user selection.
  6. The machine is equipped with temperature limit protection functionality.
