Application Overview
The Differential Scanning Calorimeter operates under programmed temperature control to characterize temperature offset correlations between test specimens and reference materials. This analytical technique generates differential thermal analysis curves showing temperature differences as functions of temperature or testing time.
DTA measurements detect temperature variations from endothermic or exothermic effects caused by phase transformations or chemical reactions, including:
