The core homogenization unit adopts a dual-stage rotor-stator structure, with a maximum rotational speed of 12,000 rpm and linear speed of 45 m/s. The adjustable rotor-stator gap (0.1-0.3 mm) generates intense shearing, cavitation, and turbulent forces, effectively breaking down oil droplets and solid particles into micro-sized dispersions (1-3 μm). This ensures complete fusion of oil-water phases, eliminating graininess and achieving a smooth, creamy texture. The homogenizer is equipped with a variable-frequency drive (VFD) motor (37 kW) for stepless speed adjustment (1,000-12,000 rpm), adapting to different cream formulations (oil-in-water, water-in-oil) without damaging sensitive ingredients (e.g., plant extracts, vitamins).
2. Vacuum System
An integrated high-efficiency vacuum pump maintains a stable vacuum degree of -0.095 to -0.098 MPa throughout the production process. This eliminates air bubbles generated during mixing, prevents oxidative degradation of active ingredients, and avoids surface porosity in finished creams. The sealed chamber design, paired with double mechanical seals and food-grade gaskets, prevents air re-entry and material leakage, ensuring consistent vacuum performance during continuous operation.
3. Multi-Mode Stirring System
Equipped with a dual-agitation structure (anchor-type + paddle-type) driven by a 15 kW motor, the system eliminates mixing dead corners and ensures uniform material circulation. The anchor-type agitator adheres closely to the inner wall of the 1000L chamber, scraping residual materials and enhancing heat transfer efficiency. The paddle-type agitator promotes vertical material flow, ensuring all materials pass through the homogenization zone repeatedly. Stirring speed is steplessly adjustable (50-500 rpm), synchronized with the homogenization process via the control system.
4. Precision Temperature Control System
The 1000L chamber features a jacketed design, supporting both electric heating and circulating water cooling. The temperature control range is 20-80℃ with a precision of ±1℃, regulated by a PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) control system. This prevents thermal denaturation of heat-sensitive ingredients and ensures stable formulation matrix formation, critical for cream texture and efficacy retention.
5. Material & Hygiene Design
All product-contacting parts are fabricated from 316L stainless steel, undergoing electrolytic polishing treatment to achieve a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μm. This design prevents material adhesion, reduces cross-contamination risks, and facilitates thorough cleaning. The equipment supports CIP (Clean-in-Place) operations, with dedicated cleaning nozzles in the chamber, homogenizer head, and pipelines, meeting cosmetic industry hygiene standards (GMP, FDA).
6. Automatic Control System
A touchscreen PLC control system enables full-process automation, including parameter setting (homogenization speed/time, vacuum degree, temperature), real-time monitoring, and data recording. The system stores up to 100 formulation parameter profiles, allowing one-click switching between different cream products. Batch data (processing time, temperature, vacuum level) is automatically recorded and stored for at least 1 year, facilitating production traceability and quality control.

Working Process
Material Preparation: Preprocess raw materials (melting oils, dissolving water-soluble excipients, filtering extracts) and preheat to the specified temperature (35-50℃, depending on formulation).
Automatic Feeding: Transfer preprocessed materials into the 1000L chamber via closed pipelines in a preset sequence (oil phase first, then water phase) to avoid air entrapment.
Vacuum Activation: Start the vacuum system to reach the target vacuum degree (-0.095 MPa), maintaining it throughout the process.
Homogenization & Stirring: Activate the homogenizer and stirrers at preset speeds. The dual-agitation system circulates materials, ensuring uniform micro-emulsification for 20-30 minutes.
Temperature Regulation: The jacketed system maintains stable temperature during emulsification, then cools the cream to 25-30℃.
Post-Deaeration: Maintain vacuum for an additional 5-10 minutes to remove residual bubbles.
Automatic Discharging: Transfer the finished cream to downstream filling equipment via closed pipelines, completing the production cycle.
