With growing demand for convenient and safe drinking solutions, water dispensers have become increasingly popular in modern households.
Water dispenser housing injection molds are custom‑built for various household drinking appliances, suitable for desktop hot‑and‑cold water dispensers, floor‑standing bottled‑water dispensers and others.

Mold Design:
With professional CAD/CAM tools, we perform 3D mould‑structure modelling and deliver complete structural mold design of water‑dispenser housing. During the modelling process, we precisely design mold forming features for each component of the water‑dispenser housing, including water tanks, main bodies and tap assemblies, to ensure accurate dimensional matching among all parts. At the same time, factors such as mold parting surfaces and demolding methods are fully considered, laying a solid foundation for subsequent mold fabrication.
Mold Machining:
The grade of mold steel directly affects the service life and polishing performance of the mold. We select proper mold steel based on service requirements and production volume of water dispenser housing.
Premium 718H is widely used for mold cores and cavities. NAK80 pre‑hardened alloy steel is adopted for molds with high‑surface‑finish cosmetic requirements. For mold bases, forged S50C steel is applied to balance production cost and wear resistance, well‑suited for injection molding of ABS and PP materials.
Mold manufacturing processes include CNC machining, EDM and wire‑cut machining. Core precision components for water dispenser housing injection mold are processed on 5‑axis CNC equipment, with tolerances controlled within ±0.01 mm. To further improve the mold’s surface quality and wear performance, we perform professional surface treatments. Common processes include polishing, titanium coating and nitriding.

Mold Acceptance:
Samples generated from mold trial go through quality inspection for customer review and formal mold acceptance. Upon approval, the mold is treated with anti‑rust protection and professionally packaged for delivery.
