We design & build high‑performance compression / injection molds for BMC, SMC and other thermoset composite materials.
Different from thermoplastic injection tools that use cooling water lines, our thermoset molds adopt integrated hot‑oil circulating heating circuits to maintain stable high mold temperature for material cross‑linking curing. Molded composite parts deliver outstanding electrical insulation, heat resistance, flame retardancy and structural strength, widely applied in new energy vehicle and electrical industrial sectors.

- Circulating Hot‑Oil Temperature Control for Uniform Heating
Built‑in copper hot‑oil circulation loops deliver even temperature across cavity and core. Ensure full cross‑link curing of BMC / SMC materials, reduce defects such as blisters, voids and under‑curing, and secure consistent part quality shot‑to‑shot.
- Precision‑Mated Parting Surface & Optimized Vent / Overflow System to Minimize Flash
Tailored for high‑flow thermoset composites. Precision‑lapped parting surfaces together with well‑designed venting & overflow grooves quickly release trapped air, effectively reduce flash and cut post‑processing deburring costs.
- Abrasion‑Resistant Mold Steel Against Filler Erosion
Since BMC/SMC contains abrasive glass fiber & mineral fillers, high‑hardness wear‑resistant steel is applied for cavity and core. It resists erosion during mass production, maintains stable part dimensions and extends mold service life.
- Balanced Ejection System for Brittle Cured Composite Parts
Fully‑cured thermoset components are hard and brittle. Multi‑point balanced ejection dist demolding force evenly to prevent cracking, chipping and part damage.
- Upfront DFM & Molding Simulation to Eliminate Risks Early
Composite flow simulation is carried out at design phase to address gas traps, burn marks and weak weld lines before machining. Less mold rework & shorter project lead time.
- International Standard Components & Wide Machine Compatibility
HASCO / LKM standard mold bases and components are available. Compatible with most compression molding machines and thermoset injection presses for easy maintenance.
