Hardware & Software

1. Hardware part
The detection system uses multiple high-pixel industrial cameras and supporting industrial lenses, coupled with high-brightness stroboscopic light sources, to truly achieve 360-degree detection without blind spots.
The overall logic control of the system is implemented by a microcontroller. Specific functions include:

• Trigger camera to take pictures
• Trigger light source strobe
• Trigger the solenoid valve to jet out waste products
• Control belt speed
• Emergency treatment for similar system material jam situations
• Trigger alarm light signal

2. Software part
The software is the master control platform of the equipment. Its specific functions are as follows:

• Enabling and disabling system detection function
• Adjustment of detection index parameters and accuracy.
• Template sampling and storage, sample detection information storage and recall.
• Camera screen calibration function
• The system displays real-time production information (qualification rate, total output, speed, etc.) and historical production
• Information browsing, exporting and storage functions.
• Permission management based on login account
• (For example, general operating users disable parameter adjustment permissions)
• Operation and adjustment of the mechanical parts of the system
• (For example: the transmission device is opened, the air valve injection time is adjusted, and the alarm signal is adjusted)

After-sale Service

And to ensure rapid response to customer emergencies, to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service.During the epidemic or due to special reasons, when after-sales engineers are unable to reach the site, the service center can remotely adjust customer equipment for troubleshooting and technical consultation.

After the equipment arrives at the customer site, the after-sales engineer arrives in time to carry out equipment installation, commissioning, and operation training. The product quality of the whole machine is traceable, and the quality warranty period is 1 year from the date of acceptance. In the event of non-human faults during the warranty period, after-sales engineers will quickly arrive at the site or provide remote guidance for free maintenance.
