46.08kWh 12kW Off Grid LiFePO4 Energy System with Dual AC and MPPT Charging
This off grid LiFePO4 energy system provides 46.08kWh of nominal battery storage with 12kW pure sine wave AC output. Dual MPPT charging, two AC outputs and optional generator or utility charging support a flexible energy plan for remote sites with substantial daily consumption.
It can be considered for farms, clinics, workshops, remote offices and small commercial facilities where essential loads need a larger energy reserve but the site can still manage peak power within the 12kW inverter rating.
A larger battery bank is most effective when loads are separated by importance. Essential circuits may include refrigeration, communications, lighting and security equipment. Scheduled equipment can be operated when solar generation is strong.
Restricted loads such as electrical heating or large motors may need operating limits during low-solar periods. This prevents nonessential consumption from reducing the reserve available for priority equipment.
Two MPPT channels accept separate PV strings, each with a listed maximum of 5000W and 18A. The array should be designed to provide enough daily energy for both daytime loads and battery recovery.
With a 46.08kWh battery, solar charging time becomes an important part of project sizing. A large battery that is regularly discharged requires sufficient panel production to recover before the next operating cycle.
A compatible generator or utility source can provide recovery charging during extended cloudy periods. Generator capacity should account for battery charging and any other loads connected at the same time.
The inverter supplies 12kW continuous output and lists 22000VA instantaneous power. These ratings support a broad range of compatible loads, but motor and compressor startup demand should still be checked.
Two AC output channels can separate priority circuits from scheduled equipment. The complete output remains limited to 12kW, even when both channels are active.
Parallel inverter operation is supported when the project requires more AC power. Capacity and power expansion should be reviewed as one coordinated design.
The system supplies local off-grid loads and does not support grid-connected export.
