30.72kWh 12kW Off Grid Solar Battery System with Dual MPPT Charging
This off grid solar battery system combines 30.72kWh of LiFePO4 energy storage with a 12kW pure sine wave inverter and dual MPPT solar charging. It provides a larger daily energy reserve for sites where essential equipment must continue operating beyond the main solar-production period.
The system is suitable for remote homes, clinics, farms, workshops and small business locations that require organized solar charging, battery backup and optional generator or utility recovery charging.
The 30.72kWh nominal battery capacity offers more energy reserve than the entry configuration, but the daily load calculation remains essential. Lighting, refrigeration, communications and other continuous equipment should be calculated across the full required operating period.
Flexible loads can be scheduled during stronger solar production, reducing the amount of battery energy used after sunset. This approach can improve the practical autonomy of the off-grid system without increasing battery capacity.
The inverter provides two MPPT input channels rated at up to 5000W and 18A each. Separate inputs can be useful when solar panels face different directions or when the project uses two electrically independent strings.
The panel arrangement must remain within the documented 60–500Vdc MPPT range and 500Vdc maximum open-circuit voltage. Final string design should consider cold-weather open-circuit voltage.
The available solar energy should cover daytime consumption and replace the battery energy used overnight. Panel nameplate power alone does not guarantee adequate daily charging.
A compatible generator or utility source can charge the battery when extended poor weather reduces solar production. The AC input accepts a 230Vac platform with automatic 50/60Hz detection.
Two AC output channels allow essential circuits to remain separate from flexible equipment. This makes it easier to preserve battery energy when the site must operate through the night or during low-solar periods.
Parallel inverter operation is supported when a project needs more than 12kW of AC output. Battery capacity, parallel quantity and load distribution should be reviewed together.
Grid export is not supported. The system is designed for local off-grid loads and battery charging.
