This automatic water softener is specially developed for food factories to produce blending process water. It removes calcium and magnesium hardness ions in raw water, preventing sediment, turbidity, and flavor changes in food liquid materials. The equipment adopts full food-grade materials, complies with food sanitation standards, and provides stable low-hardness soft water for ingredient mixing, syrup preparation, food brewing, and product dilution. It also prevents scale blockage in heating tanks, sterilization equipment, and conveying pipelines.
Food-grade cation exchange resin and FRP tank with sanitary lining, matched with non-toxic corrosion-resistant pipe fittings. No secondary pollution to ensure finished food safety.
Hard metal ions easily combine with food acids, proteins and pectin to form precipitates, resulting in turbid products, inconsistent taste and short shelf life. Softened water effectively solves this problem and standardizes product quality in mass production.
Single tank model for small food workshops with low water consumption; duplex tank alternating operation model for large food factories to realize uninterrupted soft water supply without stopping production during resin regeneration.
Flow and time dual-control automatic valve completes backwashing, brine absorption and rinsing automatically. Equipped with salt shortage reminder and power-off memory function to reduce manual management workload.
Soft water reduces frequency of chemical descaling for heating and blending equipment, saves maintenance and cleaning costs. It also avoids product waste caused by hard water precipitation.
Raw water flows into resin tank where calcium and magnesium hard ions are adsorbed by exchange resin to form qualified soft water for food blending procedures.
After resin reaches saturation state, single tank equipment needs short stop for automatic regeneration; duplex tank equipment switches to standby tank to maintain continuous water supply while saturated tank runs full regeneration cycle.
