This single tank manual regeneration water softener is specifically designed for small factories, processing workshops, and sites with limited water consumption. It effectively removes calcium and magnesium ions from raw water to eliminate water hardness, preventing scale buildup in small boilers, washing equipment, and pipelines. Featuring simple manual regeneration design, it offers low cost and easy operation, perfectly matching the water treatment needs of small workshops.
Single fiberglass tank layout without complex automatic control parts significantly reduces equipment purchase cost. Compact design requires minimal workshop space for easy placement.
Regeneration steps including backwash, brine suction, and rinse are operated by simply turning the control valve handle. No professional skills required for maintenance.
Filled with high-efficiency cation exchange resin to effectively reduce water hardness, preventing scale buildup in small heat exchange equipment and extending workshop machinery service life.
Small brine tank design minimizes salt consumption during regeneration. Reduced wastewater production in each regeneration cycle lowers water expenses for small workshops.
Compatible with small reverse osmosis equipment, steam boilers, cleaning tanks, and workpiece rinsing lines in small workshop environments.
Raw water flows into the resin tank where calcium and magnesium ions are adsorbed by resin to produce soft water for workshop use.
When resin reaches saturation, manually switch the valve to initiate regeneration: backwash → brine absorption slow rinse → fast rinse. After completing all steps, return valve to normal softening mode for continuous water supply.
