WBD POWER Company History
Founded in Shenzhen in 2011, WBD POWER built complete R&D, production and sales teams to develop reliable battery solutions for diverse industries. In 2012, we boosted R&D investment and expanded product lines for communication, medical, energy storage and industrial backup power. From 2014, we focused on overseas markets, promoted VRLA lead-acid batteries globally and built steady supply channels for distributors. In 2017, our batteries were widely supplied to Turkey’s UPS and energy storage projects, a key milestone in European and Middle Eastern expansion. By 2018, our business covered Europe, Australia, Africa and more, with annual exports surpassing 100 million RMB. In 2022, we moved our production base to Xinqiao Industrial Zone, Shaoguan. The automated standard factory went online to fulfill large global orders. In 2023, we set up an independent lithium battery department to develop and mass-produce LiFePO4 batteries, completing our lead-acid and lithium full product matrix. Today, we have made major breakthroughs in lithium technology, launching residential and cabinet energy storage lithium batteries. After over 10 years of growth, WBD POWER has grown into an integrated manufacturer of lead-acid and lithium storage batteries.
