Our ceramic-lined NBR hose is a high-performance industrial conveying product independently developed and produced by Hunan Yibeinuo New Material Co., Ltd. Adopting an advanced vulcanization molding process, this wear-resistant ceramic NBR pipe inlays high-purity alumina ceramic (Al₂O₃ content ≥95%) with a regular hexagonal structure on the inner wall of a high-toughness NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) pipe, and the outer layer is reinforced with polyester canvas and high-elastic steel wire.

It perfectly combines the super wear resistance and corrosion resistance of alumina ceramic with the flexibility, impact resistance, and oil resistance of NBR, solving the common pain points of pipe wear, short service life, large vibration noise, and poor oil resistance of traditional steel pipes and ordinary rubber hoses in industrial material conveying. The product covers a full range of specifications from DN25mm to DN299mm, with a working pressure of 1-2.5MPa and high-temperature resistance of 100℃, meeting the diverse conveying needs of different industries, and is especially suitable for conveying oil-containing media.

Core Product Features

Super High Wear Resistance: As a professional wear-resistant ceramic NBR hose, its wear resistance is more than 10 times that of ordinary steel pipes and 20 times that of ordinary rubber hoses, with volume wear ≤0.0002g under professional test conditions (p=76N, n=800r/min, t=30min), and the alumina ceramic lining effectively guarantees long-term anti-wear effect.

Excellent Mechanical Performance: The alumina ceramic of the product has a Rockwell hardness of ≥85 HRA, compressive strength and cold pressing strength of ≥850MPa, and bending strength of ≥290MPa, which can withstand the strong impact of bulk and granular materials, and has outstanding impact resistance.

Low Conveying Resistance: The alumina ceramic lining is evenly arranged, dense, and smooth, which effectively reduces fluid pressure loss, avoids eddy current and material deposition in the pipe during long-distance conveying, and significantly reduces the running resistance of the whole conveying system.

Light Weight & High Flexibility: The overall weight of the ceramic-lined NBR hose is only 30% of that of the same specification steel pipe, with excellent flexibility, supporting large-angle bending without the risk of lining falling off; it is easy to install and construct in narrow and complex industrial spaces.

Comprehensive Corrosion & Oil Resistance: The combination of high-purity ceramic and oil-resistant NBR makes the product have excellent corrosion resistance and oil resistance, which can resist the corrosion of various chemical media, oil-containing media, and harsh working environments such as humidity and dust.

Stable Pressure Bearing: The outer layer is reinforced with multi-layer polyester canvas and high-elastic steel wire, which can stably bear the working pressure of 1-2.5MPa, and is an ideal high-pressure ceramic hose for long-distance high-pressure material conveying.

Stable Lining Structure: The regular hexagonal ceramic is precisely inlaid and combined with NBR through the vulcanization process, with firm bonding, no risk of the lining falling off during long-term use, and effectively avoids material leakage caused by lining damage.
