Product Description
Alumina ceramic sleeves are cylindrical wear-resistant liners used inside steel pipes in pneumatic conveying systems. Made from 95% alumina ceramic, they protect the inner wall of pipelines from abrasion caused by high-velocity powders and particles.
The continuous sleeve structure provides full-circumference wear protection and a smooth material-contact surface. It is suitable for conveying cement powder, fly ash, coal powder, mineral fines, lithium battery raw materials, and other abrasive bulk materials.
Outer diameter, inner diameter, length, and ceramic thickness can be customized according to the pipe drawing and required finished bore.
