• Low-carbon steel wire - Protected by hot galvanizing or cold galvanizing with galvanizing amount of 20-300g/m²
• Galfan coated wire - Zinc 5% aluminum or zinc 10% aluminum with corrosion resistance more than three times that of traditional pure zinc plating, tensile strength ≥380Mpa
• PVC/PE galvanized steel wire - PVC or PE protective layer on high-quality low-carbon steel wire for high pollution environments, available in different colors
• Stainless steel wire - Strong anti-corrosion performance

Can be assembled by springs, C-rings and reinforced by hooks.

Our Gabion box is made from strengthened hot dipped galvanized or zinc-aluminium coated steel which delivers exceptional corrosion resistance.

• Galvanized After Welding - Welding first and then galvanizing, resulting in a more flat and beautiful surface
• Galvanized Before Welding - Galvanizing first before welding, with obvious solder joints
• Firm Welding Spots - Tightly welded steel wires form a stable grid panel that is not easily broken

The wire used to manufacture double twisted gabion wire mesh is soft annealed, mild steel wire provided with heavy zinc coating as per EN 10244/ASTM A 641 to prevent corrosion. In case of use in aggressive environments, it is further extruded with 0.5mm thick PVC Coating.
