Production Capacity
D-Fit is a post-doctoral research workstation unit with Shenzhen as the center to establish a R&D center system that radiates Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan and Changsha, and plans to invest in research and development in Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing and Shijiazhuang. Our company has nearly 10000 square meters of office and production base, 14 production lines, month production capacity is more than 1000K.

2004-D-fit was established, started CCTV system business, and invested in R & D and production of front-end camera products.
2005-D-fit took the lead in using ERP system in the industry to realize information management
2006-The first 16-channel full real-time audio compression card was launched, and a 4/8 / 16-channel real-time audio hard compression card based on H.264 was launched. A full range of H.264-compressed embedded DVR was launched.

Strict Quality Control of Production
a) Raw material control
At our loacl area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them, we have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us. They arranged a person who only responsible for our material's production and delivery to make sure safe quality.
b) Workshop
We now have high class non-dust workshops and each worker is forced to wear clip caps and shoe covers. Before they enter the workshop, there is an air shower room to keep hygiene. That make sure the work environment clean and safe.
c) Quality Control
c1. QC in workshop Four supervisors will check to make sure products meet quality c2. QC in packaging Workers check whether the packs contain hair and dust before making packaging.
d) Quality complains
If any customers make quality complains, we will forwarder it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
